Meet Keynote Speaker and Practice Leader: Holly McIlwain

With a passion and enthusiasm for people, Holly McIlwain frequently speaks to groups about life and leadership, and encourages individuals to develop their strengths. While she is a wife and mother in a house full of men, and practice unit leader for Talerico Group, she manages to spend many hours as a mentor and developer of other women. She is active on the Boards of Directors for several non-profits, and is dedicated to serving her community in various ways. Holly holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University and is a multidiscipline Certified Professional Behavior Analyst, Trainer and Coach.
