November 8, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

The results are in – there is much to celebrate in the number of female candidates on the ballot in the 2018 midterms! At the League of Women Voters of Greater Pittsburgh‘s post-election recap, we will raise a glass to this victory and review how their campaigns fared on Election Day.
And because the holidays are right around the corner – and because civil conversations are always a win-win – our friends from The Hear Yourself Think Project (www.hearyourselfthink.org) will present an informal training to help you preserve the peace and uphold the truth the next time you find yourself at a gathering with family and friends of different ideologies and opinions. That’s something to be thankful for!
Please join us on Thursday, November 8 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the East End Brewing Brewpub) (147 Julius St., Pittsburgh, PA 15206)! All genders are welcome, and there’s no need to be a member of the League to attend. This is a free event, and donations to the League of Women Voters or Hear Yourself Think are appreciated. Light snacks will be provided, and attendees are responsible for their own beverage tabs.
