SUMMARY:Empowering Women in Philanthropy Awards
DESCRIPTION:Join Inspiring Lives Magazine for our second annual Empowering Women in Philanthropy Awards to be held at Foxtail in Pittsburgh\, PA.\, on December 7th. An evening of inspiration\, this event honors women whose life missions are to do for others and give back through nonprofits. \nThis year’s class of honorees includes Gloria Steinum\, who accepted her Lifetime Achievement Award from Inspiring Lives Magazine. Awardees receiving their honors at the awards ceremony include Lynn Doehring\, Stacy Klein\, Dr. Michele Langbein\, Sara Makin\, and Shevelle McPherson. The event will provide an opportunity to meet these amazing women\, network with trailblazers in business and philanthropy\, and give back to the community. Donations will be made to the winner’s favorite charities that night. \nA new addition to our event this year is our “Slay the Holidays” sleigh. It is jam-packed with gifts like tickets to sporting events\, restaurant gift cards\, and personal pampering certificates that would more than take care of your holiday gift-giving. Chances to win this amazing sleigh are only available to guests of Empowering Women in Philanthropy. \nHeavy hor d’oeuvres and drinks included. Cocktail attire required\, black tie optional. \nOur editor-in-chief\, Dr. Shellie Hipsky\, will present the awards. “Giving inspires people to lift each other up. It helps us see our commonalities. It lets us help others dream bigger.” \nAt our core\, Inspiring Lives Magazine supports and inspires women to express themselves authentically through the work that they do\, while linking passion to purpose. We are thrilled to stand by these philanthropists and support their commitment to positive change. \nFor sponsorship or donation opportunities\, please contact Rachel Dayoub at r.dayoub@inspiringlivesmagazine.com. \nAn evening of inspiration\, this event honors women whose life missions are to do for others and give back through nonprofits. \n\n\n\nFoxtail (1601 East Carson St. Pittsburgh\, PA  15203
